Individual Counselling
Individual counselling is one-on-one work with a Licensed and Registered Professional. Your therapist provides clinical guidance and individualized psychotherapy for emotional and psychological difficulties, shaped around what you are going through. Sessions are available in person or online.
Our sessions start at:
$220 (50 Minutes)
$330 (80 Munutes)
Payment will be made in clinic on the date of your session. We accept credit card, e-transfer or debit.
Couples Counselling
Couples counselling is clinical guidance and individualized psychotherapy for two people working through emotional, psychological, or relationship difficulties. You attend sessions together, and each partner completes a confidential assessment so your therapist understands you both. Sessions are available in person or online.

Being listed here means we can submit a claim on your behalf — it is not a guarantee of coverage. Any portion not covered by your insurer remains your responsibility. Some insurance policies are not eligible for direct billing.
** If you do not see your provider listed here, all sessions with a Licensed and Registered Professional may still be covered under your extended health benefits — this depends on your specific plan. We're happy to provide receipts and documentation for your submission.
